It is a one bedroom property, sleeping 2 adults and 2 children under 10 total. The space It is ideal for guests who are working here, with high speed WIFI and a comfortable desk to work from. -Booking Requirements- One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. Our properties are protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in. - Important - This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. The apartment has a contemporary décor, with a leather sofa. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning or a relaxing dinner in the evening. There are two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The delightful open plan living area boasts full-length windows and almost sound-proof glazing. The bright master bedroom has a large double bed, plentiful storage, and views over Shandwick Place. A modern family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle completes this lovely home from home. Bedroom 1: Double bed. The tranquil Princes Street Gardens and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre are a short walk away. Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile are within walking distance, while Edinburgh Zoo is a short bus drive away. Haymarket and Waverley train stations are ten minutes away, while both tram and bus stops are at your door, taking you from Edinburgh Airport to just outside the apartment.
