The space You'll be welcomed into the house through the private front door up into a light and spacious entrance with a glass ceiling that leads up to the rooftop terrace. Microcement floors throughout the house create a feeling of unity, space and modern luxury. ☼ Open plan kitchen and living area ☼ Marble worktop and oak carpentry with brand new appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could need to make home cooked meals. Browse the selection of books and relax while reading in the afternoon sun. ☼ Rooftop terrace ☼ Enjoy the impressive views of the nearby beach (Playa de Porís de Abona), Arico valley, lighthouse and the Arico wind farm from the sun-filled rooftop terrace. The white concrete lounge sofas, inspired by the Canarian artist and architect Cesar Manrique, are perfect for sunbathing. There are also two sun loungers. ☽ Master bedroom ☽ It is silent, spacious, and serene. Sleep well in the king-sized bed (180 cm x 200 cm), which has a thick, firm mattress, 100% cotton bed linen, and wall-mounted reading lights. Light-blocking blinds on the windows that open up to ocean views. There are built-in wardrobes and desk space to store your personal things, which are ideal for remote workers. ☼ En-suite bathroom ☼ A modern and seamless ensuite with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with ocean views. ☽ Twin bedroom ☽ Twin beds (90 cm x 200cm) with a bedside table and built-in wardrobe. Light-blocking blinds, thick, firm mattresses, and 100% cotton linen ensure the deepest nights of sleep. Another desk in the twin bedroom makes this house an excellent choice for remote workers, entrepreneurs and creatives. ☼ Main bathroom ☼ Walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with space to store your personal belongings. Guest access The entire house and roof terrace will be yours for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to one private parking space in an underground parking garage. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard. We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel per guest and 1 hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom. To request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message. MID-STAY CLEANING Mid-stay cleaning is available at €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you. PARKING On-street public parking is available for free. FAMILIES We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you. REMOTE WORKING If you plan to work remotely during your stay, you can rent a 22-inch monitor with HDMI cable for €30 per week. Send us a message to request this.
