The space You will enter the house as you climb from the private front door to a wide, bright, glass-roofed entrance leading to the rooftop terrace. Microcement floors throughout the house create a sense of unit, spaciousness, and modern luxury. Check out the selection of books and relax reading in the afternoon sun. ☼ Rooftop Terrace ☼ From the sun-filled rooftop terrace, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby beach (Playa de Porís de Abona), Arico Valley, and Arico wind farm. The white concrete lounge sofas, inspired by the Canarian artist and architect César Manrique, are perfect for sunbathing. There are two lounge chairs, too. ☽ Master Bedroom ☽ Quiet, spacious and serene. Rest in the double bed (180cm x 200cm) with a new thick mattress, 100% cotton linens, and wall-mounted reading lights. Opaque blinds in the windows that open into the ocean views. There are built-in armoires to keep your stuff and a desk - great for remote work. ☼ En-suite bathroom ☼ A spotless modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with ocean views. ☽ Double ☽ 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) with nightstand and built-in closet. Opaque blinds, new thick mattresses, and 100% cotton linen for the deepest of dreams. You'll find another desk in the double bedroom, which makes this home a great choice for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creatives. ☼ Master Bathroom. ☼ Walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with space to store your personal belongings. Guest access All the house and the roof top terrace will be yours for your entire stay. You will also have access to one private parking space. Let us know if you have any questions or need help. TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and kept to a high standard. We provide all linens, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 beach towel per guest. Also 1 hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom. To request a change of towels and bedding during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message. CLEANING DURING THE STAY You can order an extra cleaning during your stay at the price of €20 per hour (minimum of 3 hours). Please message us if you want us to arrange it for you. PARKING Off street parking free of charge. FAMILIES We welcome families traveling with babies and we offer a baby package on request so you can travel light. Our baby pack includes a baby bed with a bed sheet and a high chair, available for €30 per booking. Send us a message for more information or to request your baby package. TELEWORKING If you plan to work remotely during your stay, you can rent a 22-inch screen with HDMI cable for 30€ per week. Just send us a message to request. PETS We allow small pets on request only.
