Pines View is a modern apartment block situated close to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks as well as Canford Cliffs village. Living space: The apartment opens into a hallway which has a storage cupboard containing space for coats and household equipment and storage. Off of the hallway you will find the bright and airy lounge/dining room with comfy sofas facing the stunning leafy vista of the garden, its south facing patio and secluded private garden are a perfect suntrap and retreat after a day at the beach! The fully equipped and high specification kitchen featuring an open plan design with a breakfast bar and appliances such as time saving dishwasher, washing machine (so you can keep on top of the laundry) and a family sized fridge freezer. We have thought of all of the gadgets and gizmos that you will need for your stay, alfresco dining is positively encouraged! (so fire up the BBQ !) Sleeping: Our stunning apartment at Pines View has 2 double bedrooms, The master offers a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with vanity area, ceiling fixed TV and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom can be set up at your request as either 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, also features fitted wardrobes to store your holiday essentials. There is a modern fresh family bathroom with a bath, WC and washbasin. Outdoor space: A south facing sun-soaked garden provides a safe and secure fenced in space for your loved ones and is surrounded by mature pine grounds. There is a selection of garden furniture - table and chairs as well as sofa and cushions - as well as a bbq set. There is even the added bonus of a washing line to dry the beach towel and swimming costume ready for the next day! If you are interested in getting around by pedal power there is the option to store bikes in the bike shed. The local village of Canford Cliffs is within a 5 minute walk and is filled with amenities as well as great places to eat and drink. Guest access Access to the apartment is provided by personalised check-in by arrangement at a convenient time (Self check-in is also available via key safe, if preferred). The host, Harbour Escapes, will be on hand before, during and after guests' stays to provide support and quickly respond to guest requests. Other things to note Guests may be able to benefit from the use of a beach hut at a number of our local beaches, including Sandbanks, Flaghead Chine and Branksome Chine – These provide a wonderful facility for families looking to enjoy the beach without the hassle of having to transport all of your beach items back and forth each day! Our beach huts come with gas stoves, cutlery/crockery, deck chairs plus plenty of toys and games; they are available upon request at an additional cost. Please enquire for more details.
