The space This is one of four apartments in a beautiful converted mansion 4-plex that’s common in Denver’s older neighborhoods. It has a great mix of old school charm with luxury vinyl plank floors, red brick building and broad windows and a modern style with the renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. This apartment is on the first floor on the back half of the building, so your living room and bedroom windows are west facing and open up to the backyard. Although the backyard is shared, you'll have direct access to it from your bedroom, so can enjoy a book, coffee or glass of wine at the table right outside of your door. LOCATION! * 25 minutes to Cherry Creek Trail - bike or walk north to Downtown and east to Cherry Creek Shopping District * Walk to three incredible restaurant areas - 5 blocks north to Pennsylvania & Bayaud, 3 blocks north to Alameda, 11 blocks north to 6th Ave & Cap Hill, and 8 blocks west to Broadway. * 3 minutes to Wash Park * 6 minutes to Trader Joes * 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi * 20 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts * Nearby hospitals: 7 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose. 8 minutes to Denver Health, 22 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO Guest access PARKING: We’re a corner lot, so there is plenty of free street parking on Pennsylvania out front and Center to the side. It’s a very quiet, safe, and family friendly residential neighborhood. LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the building’s southside door just inside the fence. HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Other things to note HOST & GUEST EXPECTATIONS: Our team prides itself on providing a great experience. However, please view this as a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so Airbnb can collect the pet rent.
