Charming house with its own entrance in a quiet area next to the center. Very bright, with patio, terrace, kitchen and two rooms with air conditioning The space Beautiful house with a private entrance, two bedrooms, a patio and a sunny terrace. Located on a very quiet street in Málaga’s City Centre District, near a traditional food market and numerous shops and supermarkets. It is within walking distance of all museums, monuments, and the main streets of the city centre. Very bright and fully equipped. –Features: Very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living room, very bright, with a small workspace, dining table, single sofa bed, two comfortable reading armchairs, and a large Android TV (works with apps). It includes a modern open-plan kitchen that is very well equipped. There is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and a small workspace, accessible through the patio. The other bedroom is located on a mezzanine accessed via wooden stairs and also has a double bed. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. The bathroom has a large shower. –Services: The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment offers WIFI internet access and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning (hot/cold), Android TV (works with apps), hairdryer, iron, etc. Guests have access to a free, exclusive medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay via Quirón Salud, Spain’s leading hospital group. –Terrace: It has a patio and a lovely terrace accessed via the staircase visible from the patio. –Getting around: The property is within walking distance of all the city's landmarks and museums, next to the Bailén market. It is also close to supermarkets, bakeries, and local shops. It’s easy to reach from the airport and the main bus and train stations. –Important notes: This is a tourist accommodation that complies with Olédays’ EcoFriendly certification and has been recognised with the WeRespect certificate. It has also been awarded the 'Tourist Quality Commitment' distinction. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is allowed in the patio and on the terrace. BARBECUES NOT ALLOWED: Barbecues are not allowed either in the patio or on the terrace. NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY: Besides the internal stairs, there are steps to enter the house from the street, as well as another step to access the patio. SOFA BED: In addition to the beds, the house has a small single sofa bed in the living room. Keep in mind that no sofa bed is as comfortable as a real bed, so it may not be suitable for all guests or for long stays. CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., but we always do our best to accommodate guests at their requested time, upon prior arrangement. PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the welfare of the animal and any damage it may cause. House rules and the building's community rules must be respected. A fee of €20 per pet per stay applies, as we must carry out a special cleaning for allergic guests. We can provide a bed and food/water bowls upon request.
