The space Lovely Mid-Century Home with gas fireplace! **At low tide the bay is a birdwatcher's paradise and water toy use may be limited to higher tide waters!** **There are some "barn" kitties that roam the property. They will lead you to believe they are starving, but I promise they are not! If they pester you, please spray them with a spray bottle and they'll run for cover elsewhere! Of course I would prefer they not be in the AirBnb, but if you really need a snuggle, I totally understand! **There are kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe, pedal boat (and life jackets) on site for guest use. Guests will need to sign an acknowledgement of low tide and a waiver of liability. **At low tide the bay is a birdwatcher's paradise and water toy use may be limited to higher tide waters!** **We provide firewood for your private firepit. **While we love kiddos, this is property is not a good fit for them, due to the proximity to the waterfront. All guests need to be 18+. **There are other AirBnb guests in additional homes/RVs but there is plenty of privacy! The kitchen has all the cooking essentials as well as vinegar, oil and some spices, bar tools, glassware and electric kettle. We also provide coffee, tea, chai, cream and sugar. There may be other guests on the property but the home has a wonderful sense of privacy. You may see another guest or neighbor upon arrival, or if you are using the boat launch to engage in water activities. TV is connected to WiFi and has capability to stream all the apps via Roku. Some items are only available seasonally. Generally, we put away the hammocks, SUPs, ping pong table, yard games and outdoor patio furniture for the winter.
