It is only about 50 km to the capital and the airport. Our villa is located in a closed, very luxurious complex just above the beautiful village of San Bernardino. San Bernardino is an ideal base for exploring Paraguay and retreating to an oasis of tranquility in the evening. The space The villa was completed in 2021 and contains all the amenities you need for a stay. Four double bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, three bathrooms, a closed and completely newly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer combination, sufficient dishes and cutlery as well as cooking utensils and washing machine. Television and stereo system, Wi-Fi). A living room with an open fireplace invites you to linger. An outdoor terrace with seating, a gas grill and a private pool (8 x 4 meters) complete the whole. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has a large 270-degree balcony. In the complex - just a 5-minute walk away - there is a large spring water pool (lagoon) 300 meters long, a beach with bar and water sports. Guest access There is plenty of parking in front of the house. Other things to note Aqua village is a gated residential complex with high security measures. Tenants must send us a copy of their passport or Cedulla in advance. Long-term tenants are welcome. We are happy to assist you in booking a rental car.
