We would love to host your Phoenix stay! Centrally located remodeled duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Home includes a kitchenette. Free Wifi and parking. This airbnb is a private duplex. We have family members that live in the front unit. *Very Convenient Location* 5-10 Minute Drive From: *Sky Harbor Airport *Downtown Phoenix *Downtown Tempe Operating permit number = STR-2023-002217 The space Both rooms include comfortable queen beds with smart TV's. **No TV in living room ** Kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee, coffee maker, double hot plate (no stove or oven) and kitchen essentials. Living area has some books and board games. Parking includes a one car driveway with plenty of available free street parking. Other things to note *Please note there are friendly pets located on the other side of the duplex. They may make noise occasionally. We can’t allow other animals including service animals on the property for everyone’s safety as the pets are not a threat to people but are not animal friendly. Thank you for your understanding. *It takes about 20 seconds of walking to get from the driveway to the back door where you check-in. *Washer and dryer access available for bookings 4+ nights. Hours are from 6am-11pm. *Check-in is between 3pm-11pm. You can still check in after 11pm but we may be asleep and won’t be able to help if you have any issues checking in. Make sure you read the check-in instructions ahead of time and reach out before then if you have any questions. No refunds will be issued outside the cancellation policy.
