Feel comfortable in peace at Erfurt's new gates

Our apartment built in 2019 is located on the ground floor of the outbuilding – a former carpenter's workshop from the 1920s. It is a fully equipped 65 m² 2-room apartment of the highest standard with underfloor heating. You are within 1-2 minutes' walk of the train station, which offers direct access to the city center of Erfurt. Or you can also stroll through the new Federal Garden Showgrounds to the city center. After consultation, a longer stay can also be planned. The space After a long day with countless impressions, you can relax in the cozy living area while reading a book, having a game night, watching TV or sharing experiences with friends. The fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, convection oven, fridge-freezer, exhaust hood and dishwasher should leave nothing to be desired when preparing your meals. The table of the existing (dining) seating area is extendable and thus offers enough space for a rich menu in addition to the immediate proximity to the kitchen and the living area. Whether a cold shower in the morning (ground level 100 x 120 cm) or a relaxing bath comfortably for two in the evening (double bathtub (180 cm), you are spoiled for choice. A spacious vanity table as well as a mirror, towel rail and of course, as in the whole apartment, underfloor heating complete the bathroom and should also leave nothing to be desired. The bedroom offers you a 160 x 200 cm bed for the final relaxation of the day. Alternatively, the comfortable sofa bed can be used. For your luggage as well as for the many purchases of the shopping tour through Erfurt, there is a 300 x 248 cm large wardrobe at your disposal. Guest access There is enough parking in the surrounding streets. The apartment is easily accessible by train - 7 minutes to Erfurt Central Station.
