Whether you're planning a trip to New Ulm to visit family, partake in one of our cities many festivals or looking for a quiet retreat, we'd love to have you be our guests in this newly renovated cape cod home! The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small. The space There is plenty of space to spread out on the main level with a large 3 season porch and a separate living room which doubles as an office . The sunny galley style kitchen features stainless steel appliances . Feather pillows , blackout curtains and fluffy duvets ensure a good night's rest. There are 3 bedrooms, one on the main level with a queen bed, double closets and full bathroom off of the hallway. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, one is a master suite with double closets and 3/4 bath while the other bedroom has two full size beds and a half bath off of the hallway. Decor is a blend of cottage meets modern with a touch of New Ulm whimsy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main level and second floor. Keyless entry on front door. The basement level is unfinished and unaccesible to guests. Free parking on side streets, behind the house on gravel or in the driveway. Other things to note There will always be coffee, tea, sugar and creamer,oil , salt and pepper available. Basic shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Wireless charging docks for your cell phones. Harman Kardon Portable bluetooth speaker. Toys for Toddlers and Large Lego collection for endless hours of creative fun. Fun family games and puzzles. Sorry no pets due to allergies. No smoking inside but there are cigarette receptacles on the back deck and front patio.
