Our home is located in the Eastern Market district, about 3min from DwnTwn, near Tigers stadium, The Dequindre Cut, and all of Downtown's attractions! My husband and I will be hosting you in our gameroom which includes a pool table and private quarters! .I am a teacher and my husband is a contractor and owner of the building our loft resides in. We're hardly here, but there if you need us! The space Open concept with game room as the primary private room. Shared spaces include kitchen, laundry, bathrm, and living room (living room has twin bed) for other paid guests. Kitchen has complimentary keurig and access to all appliances. Space is very open and 2-3 minutes from downtown! Guest access Guest access will primarily be through the back door entrance, because this is where the parking lot is. Other things to note No smoking cigarettes or tobacco products, but there are many places you can go to smoke, including the outdoor patio. Space is located in a commercial building.
