This large studio is upstairs with other similar and adjoining cottages. Each has its own kitchen with appliances, shower & separate toilet. Shared on the same floor are a washing machine & dryer. These cottages are in an old building surrounded by a large park adjoining a large forest. A few steps from a forest, a few minutes walk, by bike, by car, to discover old monuments, gastronomy, hiking, various leisure activities, and to discover Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes-Bourgogne. The space The 42 m² studio, accessed via a common corridor adjoining other studios, consists of: - a full integrated kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and appliances, a table. - mezzanine bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. - living room equipped with a 140 x 200 sofa bed. - bathroom with shower equipped with a heated towel rail. - separate toilet in the studio. Note: a washer and dryer are in the common laundry room. Guest access Access to a studio with bedroom-mezzanine, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. Outside of activities, you can access a 100 m² living room with a Franco-Sino-English library and a 190 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue (depending on the season). Access to a 3.2 m² park on the edge of one side of the Seillon state forest and another side of the Rena pedestrian area and state forest.
