ON THE WATER. SUPER COSY. Cancel 5 days out. No cleaning fee. Original fishing cottage, just renovated. So peaceful, so quiet. Listen for koalas grumbling at night and awaken to a chorus of bird calls. Walk the waterfront path thru the koala reserve to Poyers restaurant. Watch for dolphins taking a breath. Ideal for kayaking. There’s Tanilba Golf Course just down the road. Flathead fishing is best just before hightide, right out in front. Please clean fish in sink by boatshed The space Lucy’s spacious and covered deck is a great place to share meals and includes an electric bbq. There’s great views from the living area and the kitchen which has everything down to a sandwich press. Daikon handles the air temperature, but there’s also heaters and a fan. There’s a good sized bedroom with super comfy queen bed, crisp sheets and an assortment of covers. There’s a spot for your bag and hanging for clothes. The bathroom is large and includes a section of wall that has been exposed showing the original ‘board and batten’ construction. The central rooms of the cottage were built over one hundred years ago, clad in wide slabs of hardwood with polished wooden floors and painted wooden ceiling. And there’s spare towels, hair dryer, a washing machine, washing powder, ironing board and iron, and of course everything is near new. Guest access Access to Lucy’s is easy. Unpack the car onto the deck and there’s only a couple of stairs and your in. There’s a lockbox for easy key access. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee because we know you will fall in love with Lucy’s and leave it in good shape. Registration Details PID-STRA-28468
