GROUND FLOOR: has two living rooms, one of which can convert into a dining room for 6 people by utilizing the drop leaf table under the tv and folding chairs in the bookcase storage, if desired. Both living rooms have flat screen TVs you can watch Sky TV/Sports on, or log into your favorite apps and utilize the very fast internet speeds. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, and a newly-renovated bathroom with shower/bath. The patio outside seats 6. FIRST FLOOR: has a large Master with en suite shower room, and a good sized second bedroom with sink. Both have TVs. SECOND FLOOR: has a cute cabin-feel bedroom with two single beds. Stairs up to this floor have a 5’ 9” clearance and are narrower and slightly steeper than the first flight (see photos). Something to consider for very young children and those with mobility issues. Guest access Street parking is typically pretty easy unless an event is going on in town, and nearby there is also a small car park located between The Smithy and the Catstrand.
