Spacious, cozy home less than 2 miles from shops, stores, entertainment and restaurants the Mosaic District. Less than 10 min from Tyson's, 17 min to DC. Home has a 2 car garage, 2 master suites (1 on main level). TVs in both suites and living area. Backyard playset for kids. Full kitchen (babysitting and cooking available from $25/hr). My nanny and husband live in the basement, which is independent from the house. Basement is not to be used by guests and nanny has no access to the House. The space Each floor has a separate thermostat. Main floor thermostat is near the half bath and 2nd level Thermostat is near laundry room. A gas grill is available for grilling at outside patio. Guest access Parking in 2 car garage and large driveway. Other things to note Pet fee is non-refundable $250/pet. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. No cigarette butts may be disposed anywhere near the home ($200 fine). You may see our nanny walking in and out of the basement.
