The apartment is a short walk from Penryn High Street as well as the river with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. The space As you enter, there is a great sense of space, with a large entrance hall. From this is access to the main bathroom complete with large bath and separate shower. The cloak/boiler cupboard gives storage for coats and boots. From the hall is access to a large main living area. This open plan room contains a large sitting area, large table for meals and kitchen. There is also a railway station at the very top of the high street which can take you either to Falmouth or Truro with connections to Penzance and the rest of the country. The road entrance to the flat complex is at the bottom of the high street. The shops cafes snd restaurants of Penryn are within easy walking distance.
