Welcome to our family home in the climatic health resort of Birkendorf. Birkendorf is located at an altitude of around 800 meters in the Black Forest in the "Rothauser Land" vacation region near Schluchsee. The region is ideal for beautiful hikes, walks and bike rides and also offers many other great excursion destinations. In the village, there is a shopping facility and various restaurants, as well as a great ball track and a natural swimming lake. The space The house has two separate bedrooms upstairs - one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Extra bed for the baby and travel cot are always available. The beautiful and bright open dining and living area with a fireplace on the ground floor is spacious. The fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped with a large fridge + freezer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, food processor, coffee machine and many other things to enjoy the self-prepared meals at the beautiful dining table overlooking the green garden. Two sofas and a TV with game console are available in the living area. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, large sink and mirror as well as a bathtub. On the same level, there is a separate room with an electric couch for relaxing, as well as a 55-inch 3D TV and an infotainment system of the extra class by Teufel. On a sun lounger in the garden you can enjoy the nice weather or start the barbecue on the terrace. On the property, there is a trampoline (only during the summer months), as well as a toddler slide, a seesaw, a scooter, a Bobby-Car, a tractor, and a small balance bike. Guest access There is the possibility to park in the carport on the property and in the driveway. Other things to note Tourist tax is already included in the price.
