The space We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air freshener, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee. In the Winter - When you are ready to hit the slopes, it is a short five minute drive to the Breckenridge Ski Resort gondola parking. There are five other world class ski resorts including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek within a 30 to 45 minute drive. Other winter activities include cross country skiing and snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, ice fishing, snow tubing, and more. In the Summer/Fall - Access beautiful hiking trails less than one mile away or hop on the MTB trail network basically right out the front door! Enjoy the additional convenience of being only a five-minute drive to historic Main Street Breckenridge as well as the nearest grocery store, and more. After a day on the slopes or trails, retreat to your own little slice of mountaintop peace and tranquility. Take a soak in the private hot tub, sip coffee on the large outdoor deck, and watch for local wildlife while gazing at the excellent mountain views! 5 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom duplex with private outdoor deck, hot tub and gas fireplace. The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating for the whole family. Take in the panoramic sunrise and sunset mountain views and cuddle up next to the fireplace. Just off of the living area is a large attached deck. Sunset watching and stargazing from the hot tub is a must during your stay! The spacious and updated kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. The dining area has a large table and seating for eight. There is seating for up to six more at the kitchen island. The primary bedroom is located on it's on floor of the house. It has one king size bed, smart TV, Sonos sound system, beautiful en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are located on the upper level of the house. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. One bedroom has peaceful forest views, and the other has mountain views. There is shared attached full bathroom between the two bedrooms. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are great for the kids. They are located separately on the lower level of the house. Each room contains two sets of bunk beds and large smart TVs. There is a full bathroom on the lower level to be shared among the bunkbed crew.
