MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! This unique place has a style all its own you will sleep on the special Alamo cotton quilt set that covers the decorated queen size bed. It’s a private room in a house hence there are shared spaces, it’s NOT an ENTIRE HOUSE rental; please read the details carefully and sure ask any questions. The space MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! The living room is furnished with comfy sofas and a full motion mounted 75in LG ThinQ Smart TV, and LG Sound Bar and sound woofer, a guitar and wicker multifunctional swing hanging chair, a mini library. The Kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, Whirlpool Fridge with water and ice dispenser, Microwave, bar stool, Granite countertops, Toastmaster coffee maker, Dishwasher, Dash popcorn maker, Waffle maker, Brookstone wine opener, Fitz and Floyd Wine glass, Oster Blender, Capski bottle opener. Laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer as well as washing soaps. Guest access MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! You will have access to your bedroom and all shared spaces. During your stay I will be available via text, call and email. Other things to note MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! DISCLAIMER: This Villa is close to the road and is an upcoming neighbourhood so expect some car noise, and mild sounds for which I will provide ear plugs. Driveway parking takes 2 cars; ALL guests can only park one car in the driveway as my house is a shared space and another guest might need to park as well, and by the sidewalk of the road. *No pets allowed in the house* Once you get the address, put in the maps and see a 360 view of street and the house; my house is a brand new white house but in an upcoming neighborhood, expect road constructions or building constructions however my house is super quiet and well maintained for my guests safety.
