Room close to Part Dieu train station

My place is close to (walking distance): Gare Part Dieu, Brotteaux metro, Charpenne metro, Vélo'v station. Small shops nearby. Please note, 3 floors without elevator access. A cat shares the accommodation. Non-smoking accommodation, so please do not smoke in the room. The room is located in an old building, adjoining another room. The bed is 160/200 or two separate beds. Tea, coffee, bread, jam, butter will be available in the morning. Couple or 1 guest. The space A cat lives in the house.
