First floor boasts mudroom, kitchen, family room with roku TV, two story living room with wonderful light and record player and pellet stove, two story dining room with slider to wrap around deck. Powder room and master bedroom with en suite bath and laundry are also on first floor. Entire first floor is heated by radiant heat to keep your feet warm and toasty! Basement is set up as a family fun area with foosball, air hockey, TV, seating area and games. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, each with ample closet space, and a full bath, as well as a furnished loft area. The back yard is large and entirely gated. There is a large salt water heated pool to enjoy in the summer. A large fire pit means s'mores time! Guest access Plenty of off street parking in the private driveway. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's only a short drive to several grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, or the beaches. Other things to note 30 day minimum stay. One Ring doorbell is our only security camera. Ring security system. Access to home is via key code. No smoking, no vaping, no parties or events, no pets.
