La Mercedes includes: Property size: 170 sq. meter 1 Bedroom | 1 Bathroom King bed, Amazing bathroom with toiletries and oversized open rain shower, walk-in dressing area. Living & Dining: - Spacious open-air living room - Private pool & garden - Large wooden deck for sun-soaked lounging - Bluetooth speaker & mood lighting - Fully equipped kitchenette with minibar, coffee machine, kettle, and essential utensils for your stay. Other things to note Check-in & Check-out: - Check-in: from 2:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Late check-out requests (between 11 AM – 5 PM) charged at 50% of the rate. - Check-out after 5 PM charged at full night rate. Extras & Policies: - No extra beds—each room sleeps 2 adults + 1 baby (under 3 years old). - No floating breakfasts, no bathtub flowers—just real island living. - Garden lights switch off at 11 PM (better for the planet, and for peaceful nights). -You’ll be sharing your space with nature, so you might occasionally spot geckos, bugs, and even cows. Please be mindful that our neighbor cat may visit Bandido, so please refrain from interaction or feeding him. The neighborhood: Bingin is buzzing—new cafes, shops, and spots popping up all the time. While we love the energy, there may be some construction noise from neighboring sites. To keep things fair, our rates reflect any potential inconvenience.
