Ideal for families or two, our retreat features an outdoor alfresco area for relaxation. With a double driveway accommodating 4-5 cars and a boat, practicality meets convenience. Rest comfortably in our well-appointed space, offering 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 double bunk beds. Plus, your furry friends are welcome – Beach Boutique is pet-friendly, ensuring a complete and unforgettable coastal experience. Guest access ● Guests can access the property from Bradman Avenue and drive directly into the double driveway. ● Space for 4-5 cars and a boat. Other things to note Fake tan, foundation, mascara, lipstick, oils, blood, and sunscreen can permanently stain linen and towels. We ask that you take care as any permanent marking will require replacement at your own cost. Quiet time is required between 9 pm and 8 am. We have a good relationship with our neighbours and want to be respectful at all times during your stay. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the house. Please take this away from the house and we ask that you dispose of any butts to the outside bins. If you are bringing your furry friend, we request for them not to be on the lounge or beds. Please note the shed at the back of the property is not accessible by guests and will be locked at all times
