Completely renovated in 2021, it offers a comfortable and modern layout; you can enjoy the small terrace in summer and the stove in winter... In the immediate vicinity, green spaces, walks, games for children... The sea and the marina of Perros Guirec are at the end of the street, accessible on foot... The beaches and the pink granite coast are nearby. The space The cottage is located next to the main house where we live and is completely self-contained. On the ground floor, a large living room with an open kitchen; the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine; the toilets are separate. Upstairs, a small reading corner furnished with books and games and two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 80x200 beds that can be joined if necessary. All bedding is new. Guest access Parking is on the street in the parking spaces; the bus stop is 20 meters away with a regular line (Lannion train station) and a beach shuttle in the summer season.
