At the foot of Mantiqueira, in the small town of Queluz, is the charming Casa do Luigi, surrounded by forest and crystal clear waters. It is the last place before the Mantiqueira massif, next to Pedra da Mina. You get here by a dirt road, exclusive to the farm, which guarantees peace and total privacy. A good book, hiking trails, sauna, diving in natural pools of crystal clear waters, fresh air and many reasons to celebrate life. Welcome to Casa do Luigi! The space Here, time is different: the sound of birds and water coming from everywhere, the silence of the mountain... The idea is to disconnect (although there is fiber wi-fi) and enjoy nature! If the stay is short, I advise you to bring everything you need in terms of food and beverages, so you don't have to go down to the city often. From Queluz, it will be 12 km of dirt road. Important: Some stretches require attention for very low cars. If that's the case for you, please inquire about the current state of the road - which varies from season to season. The natural pools run the entire length of the site and there are some short or long trails that lead to them. The sauna is for the exclusive use of the guests. The organic garden is shared by us and you. Ask us to find out what's fresh. Other things to note 1st note: We are very careful with the garbage produced and invite you to help us. It won't be difficult and we're counting on you! 2nd observation: As we are in the woods, care must be taken with poisonous animals. Yes, there are snakes, scorpions, spiders... We've never had any accidents, but it's always good to shake out your shoes and clothes before putting them on. 3rd observation: The importance of fire management. At Luigi's House, we have a fireplace, a wood-burning stove and a wood-burning sauna. We need to ensure the safety of people and the forest, and if you are not familiar with safe fire lighting and maintenance, please ask for help.
