Spacious room with new mattress and stone floor in a quiet apartment. It is independent of the other rooms and overlooks the living room. Great for a stay in Lyon for your vacation, for your business stay or a simple stopover. Direct access to Bellecour and Vieux Lyon by line D with the Sans Soucis metro station 500 m away. Breakfast included (bread, butter, jam, tea or coffee) The space You will be in a 115 m² T5 apartment on the 5th floor with elevator access. I live in my apartment. I also welcome other guests or work-study students who are quiet in the other rooms. Guest access Apartment located in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon in the lively neighborhood of Montplaisir. Fairly quick access by car via the ring road. From Part-Dieu station: With tram T3, get off at the 1st stop Dauphiné Lacassagne or walk, 1.9 km (approx. 25 min). 500 m from the Sans Souci station of metro line D. You will have a set of keys and a badge for opening the door. Remember to bring indoor slippers. Please note, since May 13, 2025, car parking is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. throughout the neighborhood, except on Sundays and public holidays. During your stay During your stay, I can be reached by phone. Other things to note I work on weekdays, I can host from 6pm to 10pm. Contact me for later hours (on a case-by-case basis).
