Sense the tranquility in this fully equipped, relaxing and newly renovated 2-bedroom, one bathroom townhouse style apartment, nestled within the Pacific apartments. 😍 Perfectly located with the Pier, the Grand Pacific hotel, Anglers club and Shelly beach across the road, or stroll into town (1km) along the paved path or beach walkway. *Workspace upon request so I can arrange a chair The space Welcome to my home, I have recently renovated my apartment and most items in the apartment are brand new, including paintwork, carpets and appliances. I hope you enjoy all that is on offer and the beautiful town I call home, Lorne. Please note that there are stairs that you will need to navigate, both from the car park to the apartment and within the apartment. *Workspace is upon request so I can oragnise a desk chair. Please note that the property next door does have some building works happening from mid-January. When getting to the property you will find the underground car park, please note there is one allocated spot for the apartment, for additional cars there are visitor car parks and also additional car parking out front of the Grand Pacific. Specifics will be sent out to you day prior to booking. Enter into a private small courtyard where you can take in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine or unwind reading a book. You will also find the fold down clothes lines in this section of the property. Enter into the lower level of the apartment where you will find both bedrooms, each consisting of queen beds, both bedrooms have built in robes with hangers for clothing, laundry basket, bedside tables and touch lamps. (Bed linen provided including one towel per person, longer stays additional 2 towels provided) The bathroom is also on the lower level where you will also have access to the washing machine. I have supplied your initial hand soap, laundry powder and bar of Lux soap. Included is a hairdryer, pegs and one of the two clothes racks. Venture up the stairs to find the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas. In the kitchen I have installed a new Chef induction cook top, plus Bosch oven and dishwasher with initial dishwasher tablets. I have tried to cater for all your needs, there is a microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, pots, pans, platters, glassware, dinner set for 6, cooking utensils, pantry staples (plunger coffee with plunger, salt, pepper and olive oil and other staple items) and melamine children's cups, plates and bowls. Additional clothes rack, iron, ironing board, cordless vacuum and cleaning products. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding other items if not listed. :-) The dining area has an extendable table that seats 6 people plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar area. Next to the bar stools, under the bench, is an additional cupboard containing platters and serving trays. Unwind in the lounge area on a luxury chaise lounge or in the little nook with a chair for those bookworms. You will find a 50-inch Smart TV that gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube (please bring own passwords) and inbuilt Chromecast, so you can cast directly from your mobile to the TV. For the younger ones, in the entertainment unit you will find some books, card games, games, colouring pencils and crayons and an exercise book for their imaginations to get carried away. There is also HDMI cable if you require. From the open planned area upstairs, you will find double doors that open to a small balcony area, a great place to watch the water or test out your culinary BBQ skills, on the 2 burner Jumbuck hooded BBQ. There is a small table and two-fold-able chairs to enjoy the sea breeze, looking at the water whilst unwinding for the day. Guest access Each apartment comes with 1 car space, there are a few visitor car spaces in the undercover carpark, please note there is also car spaces out front of the Grand Pacific. If I am unable to greet you on your arrival time, there is a lock box on the property where you will be able to access keys to the property. Code is provided the morning of your booking. Other things to note I live locally in Lorne when renting out my home, so available to my guests if required. I like to check my guests have checked in and require anything on day of arrival then leave my guests to enjoy their stay. ❤️ Please note if you are after a workspace, to please advise so I can provide a desk chair for the space.
