My Fave Place to share

Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS! The space This is a very family friendly home & neighborhood. My house has three bedrooms so it's great for three couples or also for a family or two. The bunk bed room is perfect for the kiddos. There is also space in the master bedroom for a air mattress if the kids want to sleep in the room with you. Bedroom one has a CalKing bed. Bedroom two has a Calking bed. The third bedroom has a full bed on one side for two people. Also a bunk bed with a full on the bottom that fits two people & a twin on the top for one person. So technically the house sleeps 9 with all beds in use. Then there is the couch. The only space not offered is the garage. It will be locked and not available for renters. At night, turn on the party lights on the patio, relax, & enjoy the view. I hope you love it here as much as I do. Guest access There is a code on the door that you will be given for entrance before you arrive. I can also open it remotely if there is a problem. Lastly, there is a spare key if the key pad is not working for some reason. This is a quiet family neighborhood. There are sharp turns & corners, plus boats loading/unloading at the boat ramp at times. Please drive slowly & very safe. There are also kids that may be playing in the streets so be very aware & again, drive slow. Reminder that there is ONLY parking for 2 cars, all other cars and trailers have to be parked on the main street or at the public launch ramp down the way. While unloading, a vehicle may be parked behind the garage or carport for a SHORT period of time but then it must be moved. This has been one of the main complaints by neighbors so please, don't make me get a call/compliant & have to contact you. Sorry but the garage is not offered to renters. We keep it locked up with our belongings. Other things to note I just want to remind you that there is NO DOCK & buoys are first come first serve. If you do not get a buoy, you have to remove your boat from the water after use or over night & put it back in the next day. Thank you
