Lovely beach house next to the bike path in Messanges. Less than 2 km from the beach and within walking distance of the village center. Come and enjoy the wide open spaces and the sweetness of life that characterize the Landes so well! Globetrotters in love with nature and the ocean, we put a lot of ourselves into this house that we renovated. Concerned about your well-being, we have made it an ultra comfortable and warm place in summer and winter. The space Guests have the entire house to themselves: - a large living room bright from the morning with an open kitchen, a friendly table, a comfortable lounge area, a fireplace that works perfectly, as well as a flat screen and a quality Wi-Fi connection. Notice to cooks, we have taken care to equip the kitchen very well so that you can fully enjoy the local gastronomy! Large Smeg cooktop with its XL oven ;-) - 3 independent bedrooms each with storage and a pleasant view of the garden without being overlooked: 1 double bedroom with a 160 X 200 cm bed, 1 double bedroom with a 140 X 200 cm bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single 80 X 200 cm beds that can also be combined to form a large double bed. The mattresses are new and of quality. The wooden furniture was made from local species in the Basque Country. - 1 bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower. - a separate toilet. - outdoor shower - a 300 m2 enclosed garden facing both East, South and West, and planted with fruit trees. Sheets and towels available on request: a supplement of €30/per room will be requested upon arrival. Cot available upon request. If you have an electric car, we ask that you please do not charge it on the house outlets. There are 2 charging stations in the center of the village just next door, and other charging stations in the surrounding towns. We request that cleaning be done by guests before they leave. Only a disinfection cleaning is provided by us between each stay. If the house is not returned in a condition equivalent to that of the arrival, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. During the summer and holidays, we favor 7-day requests from Saturday to Saturday. For shorter periods, this is possible. We're just asking you to send us a message beforehand. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access You can access the accommodation by car and parking is provided right in front. The village center is within a 10-minute walk. The house has direct access to the bike path (there are 2 bike rentals in Messanges, including one that delivers directly to the garden at no extra cost). From the house, our beautiful wild beach is about 10 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car (a shuttle bus even runs free of charge in summer between the center and the beach). Whether it's swimming, surfing, kiting, or even just sunbathing or walking, these miles of ocean and pristine sand behind the dune and pine forest will seduce you. The forest and its many trails are directly accessible on foot or by bike. The magnificent Moliets golf course with its holes on the ocean is only 7 km away. You can also easily get around the Moïsan pond 4 km away, or even to Lake Vieux Boucau, the former mouth of the Adour, 5 km away. The Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 7 km away.
