Whether your stay is for pleasure or business, Casa K'acaya offers you ideal spaces to fully rest and connect with nature. We are available to our guests 24/7, without forgetting the privacy they deserve. Guest access All our guests are welcome to the entire accommodation and have access to use anything on the property, including the pool, and any other services they wish. Extras: 1. Unlimited purified water. 2. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. 3. Selection of premium cotton bedding and plenty of threads to ensure a restful sleep. 4. High-speed WiFi is available in all hotel rooms. Other things to note Check-in is available after 3:00 pm & check-out is before 11:00 am. We may be able to arrange your early check-in if availability allows. Please let us know if you want to drop off your luggage early so you can enjoy the surroundings while we prepare the room for you. Smoking is allowed on the private terraces of the rooms, but smoking is prohibited inside the property. Please respect the property.
