When you choose these houses, you won’t be sharing the lakefront with anyone else. Monopolize the view, hog the grill, and make the sunrises and the sunsets your own. The lake views belong to just you and your vacation mates. *Direct access to lake from the deck and can swim in the lake.* Blue House # 1 - "Sunrise on the Lakefront" MAIN FLOOR : The main floor includes a king size bedroom and a two queen size beds bedroom. Also, the kitchen and the living room on the main floor. The bathroom has a shower. Towels, toilet paper and soaps are provided. The fully modernized kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all that you need to prepare meals (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, blender, skillet, rice cooker, kettle, toaster oven, and more). For coffee lovers, we have a K-cup and an auto-drip coffee maker. Please bring your own favorite blend. You can access the deck from the living room via a sliding glass door. SECOND FLOOR : Upstairs you’ll find another queen bed bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. ENTRY/EXIT & SECURITY : We have a coded keypad for easy access self check-in, check-out. There is an outdoor security camera that provide a view of the stairs and parking. A family member lives nearby and will be available in case of any issues or questions. UPPER FLOOR : Upstairs you will find the king size bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub ENTRY/EXIT & OUTSIDE SECURITY : We have a coded keypad for easy self check-in, check-out. There is an exterior security cameras on the OUTSIDE only that provide broad views of the property. A family member lives nearby and will be available in case of any issues or questions. Well-Trained pets are welcome at $100/pet fee. Policies: -Please have the dogs on leashes and make sure to pick up all after them. Refunds might be issued on case to case basis, only as a credit towards a future stay. We reserve the right to re-bill if a booking website or bank/credit card institution decide to refund any or all parts of the stay. - Trash must be removed by guests upon check-out of the property and placed in the designated trash area. - Exterior Camera has been installed for security and verification.
