The space The apartment located on the ground floor has been recently renovated. The fully equipped kitchen is open to a dining and living area. At your disposal fridge-freezer, a combi oven/microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils and dishes. The living room is equipped with a high quality sofa bed: 140 x 190 cm, TV, Wi-Fi, an armchair and a lamp as well as a coffee table. In the living room closet, a vacuum cleaner, mop, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. The bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 has 2 bedside tables and their lamps, a large wardrobe with shelves, wardrobe and hangers, a dresser and a television. The roller shutters are electric, with remote. Sheets/towels are optional at a rate of €12/person A closet houses the washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, sink, mirror with lighting. The bathroom cabinet has 3 drawers. There you will find the hairdryer. A towel dryer, clothes drying rack and dryer are available. The toilet is also in the bathroom. You will have at your disposal some cleaning products and hygiene products as well as some consumables (oil, coffee, tea...) Guest access The entire property is at your disposal.
