Welcome to a private room in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac, just a 12-minute walk from Norwood Junction Station. From there, it’s only 11 minutes to London Bridge by train, plus Overground connections to Centre and East London. The room is located at the back of the house, facing quiet gardens with no street noise — a calm space. You’ll be sharing the house only with me and have full access to: A well-equipped kitchen. A shared bathroom (shared just between us) A comfortable living area. The space Private Single bedroom. Bedroom: 1 private bedroom with a single bed, desk, cabinet, and clothes rail Bathroom: 1 shared bathroom (shared only with the me) Kitchen: Fully equipped and shared with me — includes electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge Living Room: Shared, cozy space to relax Wi-Fi: reliable Heating: Electric heaters throughout the house View: Garden-facing room at the back of the house (quiet and peaceful) Check-in: Self check-in available Host: Lives on-site (just me — no other guests) Towels & Linens: Provided for your stay Parking: 1 parking space available Guest access You’ll be sharing the house only with me (the host), and have full access to: - A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge and washing machine - A shared bathroom (shared just between us) - A comfortable living area and a garden. During your stay I’m always happy to give guests space and privacy, but also available if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note For the comfort and security of everyone in the home, only registered guests are allowed in the house. Unfortunately, visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted during your stay. Please, keep the volume of any device (phone, radio, computer) down or use headphones during the quiet hours (10pm - 8am). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
