So much character and charm with original retro tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Xavier Univ. & Univ. of Cincinnati (5 min. drive), Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden (5 min. drive), Downtown (12 min. drive), UC, Children's, Christ, and Good Sam Hospital (10 min. drive or less), CVG Airport (24 min. drive). The space The space is located on the second floor of a 2 family duplex. There is free parking available in the driveway (1 car - first come first served since this is a duplex) and immediately on the street in front of the home (typically 2 cars can fit easily depending on the size of the vehicle). Additionally, and if requested, there is a free garage space underneath the home that can be used for another parking spot. Guest access Best access is by car or metro bus. Easy, free street parking on no outlet street. Other things to note This is a duplex so there is another unit in the property. The other unit is on the first floor and this Airbnb is on the second floor (accessed by a stairwell immediately upon entry). Laundry facilities are located in the basement of the home and is shared with the downstairs unit. The laundry is only accessible to your unit by going through the garage door (which does require you to walk outside). You will be provided a key to unlock/lock the garage for the duration of your stay!
