Guest suite for months in Madrid Centro

This is my small but cozy apartment in downtown Madrid. The apartment has been recently renovated. We wanted to give it a cozy and modern feel so that you can enjoy your stay. There is a 1.50 bed and we have an extra single bed in case you need it. There is an extra charge per person and you must notify us. If something is not to your liking, please let us know upon arrival. Check everything before the end of the check-in process. There is no elevator The space My place is ideal for a couple, a single person, maybe also 3 friends who come to Madrid for a few days to enjoy the city. We do not accept long-term reservations since I and my family go often and we need to have the apartment available when we go to Madrid. Guest access The areas that can be used are those seen in the photos. Everything else is not accessible for safety reasons. Other things to note My apartment gives you the security of a quality rest as it is very quiet and throughout the day there is a silence that is not typical of downtown Madrid. Because of its location and orientation, it is perfect for this.
