Welcome! This room, BESSO TSUBASA , is a 3-minute walk from Yotsugi Station, easily accessible from both Narita and Haneda airports. It is very close to the famous sightseeing spots such as Sky Tree and Asakusa, making it a great place to go sightseeing. It is the hometown of a creator of the famous soccer Anime Captain Tsubasa, and you can find statues throughout the city. Lovely Japanese taste room with comfortable beds. I would be very happy if you fully enjoy the city based on your room! The space -We will respond and explain the opinions of recent guests. We will change the cleaning company from 4/23 due to the lack of cleaning. About the capacity, there are 2 double beds and 2 traditional Japanese futons for 6 people. If you need one bed per person, please apply for up to 4 people. - It is a 3-minute walk from Yotsugi Station and can be accessed from Haneda Airport by Keikyu Line train. Easy access from Narita airport as well. -The Yotsugi area in Katsushika City is a very comfortable area to live in, with parks Taishakuten and Yotsugi Tsubasa Park nearby. -Two double beds and two mattresses are provided and can accommodate 6 people -Equipped with daily necessities such as microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, cooking utensils (pots, pans, plates), washing machine, WIFI, etc., just like home. There are restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. -For stays of 29 nights or more, we will start cleaning once during your stay. The additional cost will be 8,000 yen. Please note that it will be collected separately. * Please cooperate with us during cleaning to prevent infection. -We will always send the house guide after confirmed reservation. We will also provide guidance on how to use the appliances in the room. Guest access -This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house to yourself. 100% privacy. -The room is free to use 24hours. -Please keep quiet in the house ※. Other things to note -All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. -Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out

-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use 
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.
 -Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. 
 -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. -For stays of 29 nights or more, we will start cleaning once during your stay.
