This cottage is perfect for small groups, families & friends looking for a relaxing retreat in the Clare Valley. The space The cottage is surprisingly spacious and features three large bedrooms with QS beds, luxurious soft linen, Sheridan towels and new mattresses. Each bedroom has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room is full of light with a wall of floor to ceiling windows that overlook your own private vine covered patio and a biodynamic vineyard. You are only meters from the popular Riesling Trail, bring your bikes or enjoy a morning walk along this picturesque trail. The kitchen boasts quality cookware, induction cooktop, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and quality appliances throughout. A Nespresso Coffee Machine (including capsules) is provided for the coffee lovers! A comfortable 6 person dining table easily caters for everyone and also makes a comfortable workspace for those that need to check those emails! Free wifi is included. Adjacent to the kitchen is the comfortable lounge room with a log fireplace (wood provided), reverse cycle air-conditioning and a Smart TV with Netflix! Games and books are a plenty if you feel like relaxing in the quiet surrounds. Both Bathrooms include a shower, basin, storage and heated towel rail as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The toilet is sperate to the main bathroom and a second toilet is located in the ensuite. Outdoor patio includes a Weber Q for your use and outdoor dining table and chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy a glass of local wine on a glorious day or in the evening while you watch the spectacular sunsets over the vineyard. A European laundry is located in the kitchen which includes a washing machine and laundry sink for your use. Washing line, washing powder and pegs are all provided. The property is only 5mins walk to Auburn's main street with restaurants, cafes, the Rising Sun Hotel and award winning Terrior Auburn. You are only meters from premium wineries including Grosset and Mount Horrocks Wines, and walking distance to many local attractions. Included: Tea and coffee provisions and pantry with the basics.
