Fully Air-conditioned and also has fans to ensure your comfort as well as full laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer & ironing board are also provided. Photos are indicative of room type only; furnishings and view may vary as each townhouse is individually decorated The space Only 4 minutes walk to Noosa's River edge and 5 minutes walking distance to local restaurants, cafes, and the yacht club, it's simply the absolute perfect location. Set in amonst the resort palm trees our place is just ideal for those who enjoy a relaxed and tranquil feel. Our place will sleep 5 as it also has a small half bedroom on the upper level that is probably more suited for a younger child or teen. The two single beds in the second bedroom also convert into a double bed making our place the perfect option for two couples. The main swimming pool, children's wading pool & spa are all heated for your enjoyment in the winter months of the year. Public transport is only 3 minutes walk through the resort grounds to GympieTerrace and the Noosa Ferry only a short walk away that can also take you to Noosa Main Beach & Hastings Street. Only a short walking distance will place in the middle of the dining out precinct with many options to satisfy even the fussiest of taste buds. Supplies can be obtained from the local shopping centre only 15 minutes walk or a short 3 minute drive. There are also many water activities to enjoy and tours to take advantage of whilst you are here. A Childrens Pirate Park Playground is approx 6 minutes walk from our place. Other things to note **We provide a minimal start up supply for kitchen, laundry, soap and toilet paper.  We do not provide shampoo or conditioner. There is a nearby convenience store to purchase extra provisions.
