Welcome to Black Creek Cottages - Unit #1. Less than 2 miles off I-795 and 8 miles from I-95!! Perfect place to stop if traveling far. Private studio tiny house with mini kitchen, loft bed, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room. This is a private one room tiny home with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There is one other tiny home, three apartments, and a house on the property as well. Please note: The bed is LOFTED. The space Lofted Bed has a queen sized mattress, guests must climb a ladder to reach the bed. Private bathroom with full shower and tub. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This is a Tiny House -- it is recommended for 1-2 guests for a short stay, or 1 guests for a longer stay. Travel nurses and other long term guests are welcome. The property is located in the country, there is a wooded area adjacent and a farm across the street. Thus there are bugs on the property and sometimes they make their way inside the unit. We treat regularly for pests but please do not be alarmed if you see a few bugs in or around the unit. Starlink Satellite Wifi Guest access Unit has it's own designated parking area on the property.
