Near Lake Ray Hubbard and just 20 minutes from Dallas and 40 minutes from Canton's First Monday! You will enjoy the country estate feel but you're only minutes from the city! The space The open studio has been recently renovated to include hard wood floors, new furniture and queen size bed plus a small washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, coffee and water. It is ideal for 2 people but could definitely hold 3 if someone wants to sleep on the comfy sofa or air mattress. Guest access The neighborhood is small and private with only one entrance. The studio is easy to access with your own personal access code. There is parking right in front of the door. Other things to note The studio is next door to the main house but has it's own private entrance with a lock you can access upon arrival.
