The space There are 4 lovely bedrooms, furnished with queen beds and high-quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a quiet and comfortable sleep. -Two full bathrooms with showers, fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer is ready for a relaxing shower. -The living room is a perfect place to watch TV and relax after a long day exploring the town. -Please feel free to enjoy the kitchen, fully equipped, to prepare a gourmet meal, as provided the following amenities: stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, and other basic seasonings. PARKING: There is plenty of street parking and you can park on the driveway No access to the garage The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 recording. Make sure to put down the correct number of guests staying with you in your reservation. No partying. If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood. Guest access Guests will enter through the front door of the house equipped with a digital key lock. To access the home, please enter the code provided by placing your palm on the screen. Wait for the lock to retract, then enter the house. Other things to note Please always check the lock of the door when you leave. To lock the door, place your palm on the keypad, press the lock image on the keypad, you will hear the lock engage. Please pull the door towards you when locking it from the outside. - No parties/events/gatherings - Quiet hour after 10pm - Fireplace is non-operational - No smoke inside of the property - No drugs inside of the property (including medical cannabis).
