Brick Studio Loft in Inglewood

A beautiful top-floor studio loft located in Inglewood, one of Calgary's oldest neighbourhoods. The unit features a brick wall, lots of natural light, a queen Casper mattress, linen sheets, an espresso machine, and is only a short walk to both rivers, amazing restaurants, cafés, and local breweries. As an added bonus, within the building at street level, there's an excellent wine shop! The space Two large south-facing windows highlight the loft space with sunlight throughout the entire day. At night, sleep on a very comfortable queen-sized Casper mattress covered with linen sheets. Of course, there's Wifi — high speed 150 mbps. And though there is no television, a full bookcase and small selection of board games are here for you to enjoy. If you want to continue reading something beyond your stay, find a copy across the street at Fair's Fair. Your parking stall is the one closest to the front entrance. Guest access You will have the place to yourself! There is also a common area, coin-operated laundry room on the second floor if you need to wash anything. Other things to note Trains run through Inglewood and do cause noise. A large fan is available for white noise to drown out that and other traffic noises. If you'd prefer, ear plugs are also made available.
