The house is on a private 5,000 m² plot, has a heated pool and does not depend on the weather or sun. The house also has a studio (Mini gym). Capacity for up to 12 guests, beds for 9 guests + 01 double bed and 01 mattress + 01 portable crib. Guest access House 📍 location The house is situated in the Nossa Fazenda Condominium, in Esmeraldas. The best route is usually via BR-040. Just use the GPS (Waze) to get to the condominium entrance. 🛂 For clearance at the condominium entrance, you will need to send the guest list, containing only the first and last name of each person. 🚪 Arrival at the condominium When you arrive at the entrance, park the vehicle, go to the reception and inform them that you rented the house of xxxxxxx in Sector xxxxx. Thus, the condominium security team will locate the guest release. 🧭 Internal orientation 📸 To assist guests, on the way from the condominium entrance to the arrival at the house, a pack of photos will be made available, guiding the way to the house, after confirmation of the reservation. The condominium is large and for those who visit it for the first time, the photos will help a lot. 📄 A PDF with instructions from Casa Trancoso will also be included with the photos. 🏡 Arrival at the house 🏡 The control of the automatic gate will be inside a mini safe, which I will indicate the precise location of in the photo, after confirmation of the reservation. Access to the house will be available after the booking is confirmed. Other things to note The house is located in the Nossa Fazenda Condominium, a well-structured and consolidated condominium, very safe, with high-end security staff and equipment. Note: The nightly price includes 9 guests, and the house can accommodate up to 12 guests, with a fee of R$150.00 per extra guest per night. The house has beds to accommodate up to 9 people. For anything exceeding this amount, the guest must arrange their own accommodations or check with the host for availability. In order for the pool to remain warm and at a comfortable temperature for bathing, it is mandatory to always cover it with the thermal cover while it is not being used. If this is not done in the recommended way, the pool temperature will not be guaranteed at a comfortable and warm level for use. Our daily rates include all bed linens, bath towels and amenities for 9 people and 4 pool towels. We also have a team, if the client chooses to hire, for concierge services, food, organization and cleaning according to the guest's needs, on the days they will be staying. Services such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, cleaning and organization, which can be customized in detail, so that you and your family can just enjoy the moments of rest and coexistence. Our guests can receive up to 4 guests during their stay for small gatherings, but we charge a day-use fee of R$80.00 per guest.
