My house is located in one of the best areas in Valencia, recognized for its tourist interest and recently declared a World Heritage Site. It is next to the Royal Marina, the Port and the best beach in Valencia, while having a subway, tram and Valenbisi right below the entrance, so the location is unbeatable. Enjoy the port and the beach, its world-renowned nightlife and gastronomy, close to supermarkets such as LIDL, and local markets. The space My house is located on the second floor of a 4-story building on one of the most emblematic streets in the city, close to the port, nightlife (nightclubs in the Marina) and the gastronomic offerings of the old maritime district. Ideal for visiting the whole city, a strategic point, because all the transport stops here at the door. DIRECT metro from the airport, 25 minutes and from RENFE 15 minutes. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the Oceanographic and the City of Sciences. Also within walking distance. Valencia is a flat city, so it's easy to get around by bike, with a stop right downstairs at the door. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, and their private bedroom and bathroom. There is NO private parking but there is the possibility of free parking on the street with great ease. During your stay I'm a woman, I'm 60 years old and I'm very active. I live here alone, no pets. I really like dancing and I can advise guests on anything they need. I am continuously in touch and available for any needs they may have. Other things to note Check-in is after 3 pm. Check-out is after 12 noon. But I can receive guests at any time because I live in the house
