The space Guests have full access to our 26sqm fully-furnished studio unit with balcony facing Cavite, situated on the 21st floor of Tagaytay Prime Residences. Unit is complete with Wi-Fi fiber internet, Smart TV with Netflix streaming, air-conditioning, bathroom essentials, toilet with bidet, shower with heater, dining utensils, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, among others. Guest access Guests can climb up to the 23rd floor and access the rooftop viewing deck where they can enjoy panoramic views of the famous Taal Lake and 360 view of Tagaytay City. The rooftop viewing deck is open daily from 6:00am to 8:00pm. Condominium has a common access swimming pool located on the third floor. See below guidelines: 1. The pool area is open from 7am to 10pm 2. Pool area is scheduled for cleaning every Monday and Thursday, and will be closed. 3. Registration is done at the Administration office during office hours, and at the ground floor lobby during non-office hours. Reservation is on a first come first serve basis 4. Wear proper swimming attire and take shower before dipping in the pool. After swimming, change into dry clothes before taking the elevator back to the unit. Dripping from clothes, towels, and other bath/swimming accessories must likewise be avoided. Other things to note 1. All guests are required to present Valid Identification upon registration. Only registered guests shall be allowed entry. 2. Maximum of 3 individuals allowed per booking. 3. Check-in details shall be provided once booking is confirmed. 4. Bringing of pets is strictly prohibited. 5. Cooking is not allowed as unit does not have kitchen exhaust system; however, we shall allow microwaveable meals, instant food, snacks, and takeaways. 6. Please avoid excessive noise or other disturbance that could affect other building occupants (i.e. playing/running along the hallways; loud volume of TV, sound system, and other gadgets; loud partying or conversations). 7. Treat our place as your own. Enjoy all amenities it has to offer but also be gentle with its decors, equipment, and appliances. 8. Please conserve water and electricity. Kindly turn-off A/C, TV, lights when not in use. 9. Kindly dispose trash properly into the garbage bags/trash cans provided. There is a garbage chute on every floor located near Unit #18. Do not leave any garbage along the hallways and stairways. Do not throw any trash from the windows or balcony areas. 10. Do not hang clothes, towels, and the like on the balcony railings. 11. Do not dispose/flush thick wet wipes, sanitary napkins, and other plastic/non-biodegradable materials into the toilet bowl. 12. For the building staff and guests’ safety, please observe minimum health protocols.
