The space The first step to Porte17, a warm 18 m² entrance, with a coat rack, an armchair with a coffee table and a hydroalcoholic gel vending machine. A first door gives access to a first toilet with hand basin. The second door will transport you to a breathtaking living room, 135 m² on the ground, a ceiling reaching 6 meters high in places. The traditional wooden frame, brick pillars, metal beams and imposing workshop doors dating back to the building's origin, one wooden and the other iron, immerse you in the authenticity of the place. This room has full underfloor heating and several air conditioners. A seating area, a 190 cm Samsung TV with cable channels and internet access and Netflix. An imposing coffee table and two large corner sofas also serve as extra beds. A dining area is present. A 2.90-meter solid oak table will accommodate your most gourmet meals. The latter is surrounded by comfortable fabric seats. The adjoining black kitchen is one with the staircase for an ever more harmonious look. You will find by opening the doors, a microwave, an oven, a sink, a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee machine, tea as well as a fridge in which welcome drinks will be inserted before your arrival. In this open space there is also the game room. There's a door on the back wall, but let's not worry about that, we'll see that later. For the moment, I suggest you dive back into the bar of your childhood with real coffee games, a vintage Banzini b60 foosball table and an English billiard table, both equipped with a real coin machine for Francs (so now free). The Bluetooth wall speaker will resonate to the rhythm of your evenings, and to stay in this relaxed atmosphere, a bar table is in the room in front of the glass roof giving stunning views of the 17 m2 indoor pool, heated to 29.5° all year round, you will have no excuse not to swim. The pool area also has a Bluetooth speaker, a heated floor, and a ladder for easy access and exit from the water. The white pool liner, the walls covered with white marble, the Venetian Stucco as well as the metal beams of the frame and the glass roof give a chic appearance guaranteed.
