Due to a previous bad experience with teenagers come over for sporting activities, any competitors wishing to book my accommodation must be accompanied by their parents. My place is situated in the quiet tranquil area of Perivolia, away from the hustle and bustle. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity with mirror and double shuttered doors onto a balcony. The second bedroom has a double fold out sofa bed, one 3/4 bed, fitted wardrobe and shuttered doors onto a balcony. Double circular shower, toilet (fitted with hand held bidet). Downstairs is the lounge room with a double fold out sofa bed. Open plan kitchen, diner/lounge. Guest toilet and basin. All indoor living spaces have air-conditioners. Smart TV and fast wifi makes for movies, news, documentaries, or just chill out - not forgetting digital nomads ... simply easy. The back garden has imitation lawn, covered patio and entertainment area, garden furniture, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and a covered carport. There is also adequate street parking and a leafy tree lined pathway down to the lovely beach approximately 200-400m short walk. Guest access We are situated on the western beach peninsula of Larnaca. A beautiful walking path is within easy walking distance of the property which over looks the sea with a lovely children's play area too. If you would like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. There is also plenty of parking in the complex for visitors or additional guests with a car. Other things to note It is advisable to hire a car for this location as it is not close to supermarkets and restaurants. Electricity consumption is chargeable on your check-out. A reading is taken before and after use of the accommodation and a payment is to be made in cash to whoever checks you out. Chargeable 0.35c per kilowatt.
