Among the beautiful city villas, Devachan Castle is one of the most sumptuous, located in Corso degli Inglesi, a charming street in Sanremo, known for its historic residences. The city center is just a 5-minute drive away. The apartment offers a cozy kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with two beds each, two bathrooms and a veranda with terrace. The apartment is 100 square meters, located on the top floor of the Devachan Castle. The building has a doorman and an elevator, which is very rare in the city. The living room is large with access to a beautiful veranda overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and electric oven. Two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a whirlpool tub. The pool is shared with the other apartments, but you will never find many people. It is only open during the summer season (from June 15 to September 15). It is large and half of it is not very high, so it is also suitable for children. A lifeguard is always present during opening hours, but the pool can also be used unattended. Sunbeds are available free of charge for each guest. Full access to hot showers and toilets in the pool area. All this makes it the ideal place for children, as they can move independently of their parents without any risk. The apartment is truly unique in that it offers a relaxing space sheltered from the city and busy beaches that gives you the best of both worlds.
