Lovely apartment in a typical berliner old-house, in the heart of the hip Neukölln, 100m from the unique Tempelhof Flughafenfeld, and 5 minutes walk from Hermannstr S-U Bahn Station! Enjoy the sun set on the balcony (or at Flughafen Feld) in summer or the romantic vibes in front of the fire place in winter! The space The house was built at the beginning of the 20th Century in the most elegant street and square of Neukölln! The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator), facing south with a great view of the beautiful Wartheplatz. The Apt is 40 m2 with a big living room (where you can fall asleep on the comfy couch bed in front of the fire place), the blue and cozy bed room, the kitchenette, the bathroom with a spacious shower, and last but not least, the sunny balcony, where you can enjoy reading or eating outdoors! Other things to note Being situated in a peaceful residential building, this apartment is available only to silent, respectful guests. Due to bad experiences in the past, we are now obliged to decline all bookings of groups of friends in their early twenties and give priority to bookings of families and more mature guests.
