Functional house of modern and cozy design located in a residential area, with a built area of 140 sq. meters distributed over two floors with capacity for 8 people. It offers the guest a living room, a full kitchen with an American bar, 1 toilet, 4 double bedrooms. Gazebo terrace. Air conditioning, TV, WiFi, WiFi, garage. Community Pool with Solarium Terrace on Rooftop Ideal for an unforgettable vacation with friends The space The terrace will allow you to eat outdoors and make use of the barbecue if you wish. You can also enjoy the pool and soak up the sun on the sundeck. The entire house is for exclusive use for guests except for the swimming pool that is communal, (although it is only shared with four other homes). The ground floor is made up of: Living-dining room with table for 8 diners, sofa and TV; open kitchen type American bar with induction plate, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine capsules Nespresso, Italian coffee maker, with all kinds of utensils and utensils. Small toilet with washer The high floor is distributed as follows: Bedroom-1, very spacious double room with a 1.50*1.90 bed Bedroom-2, double room, two 90*1.90 beds Bedroom-3, double room, two 90*1.90 beds Bedroom-4, double room, 1.50*1.90 bed Bathroom with shower, hydromassage column and hairdryer. On the roof of the house is the community pool and a solarium terrace for particular use, furnished with table and hammocks; from where you can enjoy fabulous panoramic views of all Peñíscola. On the street floor is the closed garage for one vehicle. You can also park in the street next to the house. Guest access The following services are included: •The upstairs has duct air conditioning with exit to all bedrooms. The ground floor has a Split type air conditioner. •All bedrooms are equipped with TV and ceiling fan. •Bed linen and towels, with weekly change, • Free WiFi, Satellite TV in Living Room • Community pool with daily maintenance, (from 10-6 to 20-9), •Outdoor terrace with gazebo and charcoal barbecue. (no charcoal included). • Gated garage for one vehicle • Heat pump. Wood burning fireplace. • Scrubbing kit, wipe, dishwashing soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags and cleaning products. Services not included: •We do not include table linen or kitchen towels. •Food, (salt, sugar, oil,…) • Personal care products (gel, shampoo, …) We offer the following services: If you decide to make use of any of the following services you must request it in advance and pay them in cash at the time of arrival. •Pillary bed with bed linen bed (€30/stay). • Travel cot with mattress without bedding (20€/stay). •Pets €5/day per pet. Breeds classified as dangerous are not allowed. (If you come with more than one pet consult) • Food Purchase 20€, please provide us with your shopping list and we will deliver it to you upon arrival. •Cleaning service during your stay.
